When will I receive my online order?Thank you for supporting this small business! Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but usually takes between 1-3 weeks.
All of our custom products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. This helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
In some cases, products from the same order are fulfilled at different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Billing Terms and Conditions
Our products are uniquely made to order, composition and colors may vary from actual photo representation. Please allow 1-4 weeks from production to delivery. We do not offer warranties, exchanges or refunds on any of our products. You can view our delivery and return policy here.
If we re-ship a product, the customer will need to cover the shipping cost.
Payment is due in full upon placement of order. We only ship to the United States, minus California.
We accepts Credit or Debit. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card or account in USA currency.
Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment.
Online payments are secure:
1. Payments will be processed directly by Stripe payments (in AU dollar transactions) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

3. Heirloom Larder does not have access to your credit card details.
